• Property owners to receive instant notifications when visitors scan QR codes
• Visitors to notify property owners of their arrival

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use QRBells, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old (or 13 with parental consent where applicable)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Visual Data: Photos for visitor identification (processed locally when possible)
• Communication Data: Audio/video messages and call logs

10. Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRBells shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination Rights

Either party may terminate these Terms:

• Immediately for material breach of Terms
• Immediately for illegal or harmful activity

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use QRBells ceases immediately
• We will delete your personal data within 30 days (unless legally required to retain)
• Provisions regarding liability and dispute resolution survive termination

12.2 Continued Use

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
